Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made for services provided through this platform. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are non-refundable.

General Rule

Fees are non-refundable once services are provided or made available, including platform access, setup, onboarding, verification, and compliance-related work, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Duplicate or incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact support@swapay.com with payment details. If confirmed, we will correct the issue and process a refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks and disputes

If a payment is reversed via a cardholder dispute/chargeback or other reversal process, you remain responsible for any applicable fees, losses, or administrative costs associated with the dispute, where allowed by law and contract.

How to request a refund review

Email support@swapay.com with:

  • Your company name and registered email,

  • Transaction/charge reference,

  • Date and amount,

Reason for request and any supporting documents.

Processing time

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method where feasible and may take additional time depending on banks/payment rails.
